RPM is a Les Mills International pre-choreographed indoor cycling on stationary cycles performed to music. The class consists of 9 tracks of aprrox 5 minutes each and the standard class lasts standard 45-50 minutes and takes the rider on a range of terrain and profiles including gut wrenching hill climbs to smooth trancey speed tracks.
IMHO it’s the simplest class for new comers returning to fitness to get into. It’s low impact and you can vary the intensity instantly by adjusting the resistance on the bike.
